The Inner Circle is dedicated to educating our leaders on topics like pay transparency, culture-building, and empowering rising stars to lead. Members have created a movement supporting nonprofit leaders in our Inner Circle Initiative.
The Inner Circle offers its leaders a platform to lead and share their knowledge. Our monthly Leadership Lunches help all attendees – both members and guests – by sharing information and insights that give all leaders a holistic view of the business landscape within which they are working, whether it’s from the standpoint of an entrepreneur, a high-level leader in a large organization, or a solopreneur who has designed their life the way they want.
The Inner Circle gathers members around member-driven squads that focus on a particular industry or target clientele, and work to help all members get new business through referrals and team-based opportunities.
Our Platinum and Diamond Level members attend a monthly Mastermind Meeting to share transformational relationships, troubleshoot business issues, and get advisory board-level feedback. These are top leaders in their industries, CEOs and consultants who are the best in their field.
Picturing Progress
Outside of the Inner Circle, our member companies are now poised to go out to other communities and speak, sponsor, and lead with confidence and clarity because they've built up their brand.
We prioritize recognizing and celebrating our leaders because it’s hard out there! Twice-yearly awards, including The Integrity Award, Most Deals Done, Most Connected, and Rookie of the Year are voted on by membership and granted to stand-out leaders. These awards mean something to our members who work hard to show one another their leadership excellence.
We encourage our members to talk about their wins, their challenges, and their needs in our meetups, as well as in 1:1 connections. Perfection over progress is one of the main guides for our leaders who know that it’s not a straight road to their goals. The Inner Circle supports authors, speakers, tech startups and more, giving all our leaders exposure to different perspectives.
