5 Key Connections to Build Your Network

Sales needs aren’t the only needs our members come to us with. Of course  they are part of it (okay, a big part) but here at Inner Circle we encourage other types of relationships to help get more business. We know from experience that a strong network consists of a diverse line-up of strategic connections and resources.

Check in and see how many of these important links you have in your network chain:

  • Revenue Revvers

Power Partnerships:  A tight group of referral sources that directly put money into your pocket through their “hot” leads. They know you and your business the best. They trust your work and have referred you many times.

  • Success Conspirators

Referral Sources:  Contacts who know of you but work in other industries. They trust you to be the best around and suggest a conversation with you often.

  • Synergy Collaborators

Client Solution Providers:  These are people who at first sight might appear to be your competitors but in reality they are experts you can work with to create bigger, better team opportunities with your clients.

  • Difference Makers

Problem Solvers:  Your client has a BIG problem and it is getting in the way of the work you want to do. You are going to need to find a company to help them. Your network to the rescue! Go beyond “I know a guy” and bring in someone who can solve that problem and clear the way for your project to be truly successful.

  • Visionary Visits: Building For The Future

New conversations can lead to enlightenment. How often are you meeting with someone new? Maybe you don’t even know why you are meeting except to expand your client resources, or simply get to know someone you heard was cool. You never know where that relationship might lead. Remaining open and pursuing new connections will enrich your life and network, and lead to opportunities you’d never even imagined.

So how did you do? Notice any weak links? If so, I invite you to attend one of our events and see if you can get those spots filled. If you did well, perhaps you know of a few power partners who might need some help strengthening their own network chain. The Inner Circle is here to help with our Inner Winner Formula. Come check it out!
