Utilizing Connections Made
Over the years, we have seen the connections made through our network take various forms in order to serve one another in a mutually-beneficial capacity. There have been amazing introductions made through our monthly and annual events. We have also seen partnerships forged and opportunities recognized through one’s investment in our membership community. So, how can you, like our members, strategically utilize the network connections you have?
Utilizing Networking Event Connections
Starting with speed networking events such as our popular virtual monthly Happy Hour and attending our Leadership lunches, where expertise and interaction are abound, gives members and guests a platform to meet people. Following these events, most new members or guests fill their calendar with 1:1’s with the people they met that month. Others may use these events as an opportunity to schedule a time to meet up with a member they’ve known for a while to hear “What’s new?”.
Utilizing Networking Membership Connections
After 3 months of being an Inner Circle member, we invite members the opportunity to unlock even more benefits. One of these is the ability to be a part of one (or multiple) of our squads. Inner Circle squads are member-driven groups that meet monthly to refer business and support one another. This member perk is one of the most popular benefits that is a part of all levels of Inner Circle membership.
These Inner Circle and squad connections become referral partners to one another with some sending multiple leads to another member. From there a power partnership is born. Members may take another step forward and forge a collaboration or offering - opening up more opportunity.
Some members become actual business partners, helping clients solve bigger problems then what just one of their service’s or offering’s did on their own. Others find Inner Circle members to hire in order to support their own needs or they find ways to help one another and establish an agreement. It’s amazing the things that come out of networking in a community like ours.
We’ve seen some connections lean in on helping one another become leaders. One example is our book “Lead From Within” that showcases 9 authors (and Inner Circle members) who make leadership success relatable and achievable for others too. How inspirational! We also have members running podcasts or events together. There are others with more exciting things that are in the planning stage.
Together We Grow
We often hear, “ Oh I didn't know you did that” or “ I’m so glad we talked because you are helping me help my clients”. All of these are amazing outcomes that come from networking and is at the foundation of what we do.
It’s amazing to see our members invest in their own networks to help others in the Inner Circle thrive. We love seeing how this good energy comes right back around and continues the cycle of good business and good people.
Our members are doing amazing things - and we all are better for it!
